Mysterious concoction of strange mixtures. Its taste changes each brew, side effects are unknown but tasty!

Every dog loves bones! They're dipped in broth to give it an extra yummy taste!

Frankie is a nebulruff that comes around every October 1st, with her spiderweb umbrella and hand-made wooden cart. She brings the nebulruffs into a fun spooky time with gothic atomosphere, along with her comes the season of sharing and scaring!
For the entire month of October, any and all nebulruffs can participate in the festivities of howlween! Each week is a new theme that gifts bonus prizes for a certain item.
Each item can be used to craft into a limited edition trait! Limited edition traits leave on November 1st and only come back next year, so craft while you can!
All items NOT used by November 1st are magically turned into star tokens! This means each year is a fresh new start for every nebulruff, and Frankie goes off with her cart in tow to a mystical land far away.
